Food For Thought

December 23, 2009 by Gerard M. Nadal

“If someone had told me I would be Pope one day, I would have studied harder”

-Pope John Paul I

Perhaps we all feel this way about our involvement in the Pro-Life Community. I know I do. Late to the table at 49, and having only nibbled around the edges for years, I trust that the inspiration of the Holy Spirit will guide and direct my work. The same with all of us.

As unequal to the task that we may feel, given its enormity, I am comforted in the knowledge that God’s Will has never led me where His Grace was not already waiting to sustain me.

Bravo! You are doing a great job. I enjoyed reading your comments at Jill Stanek’s site and followed your invitation to your blog. You are now a regular on my daily blog visits! I rarely have time to leave comments, but know that your writings and your commitment to pro-life work are inspiring to me in my work. We need more scientists like you to declare the truth.

Blessings to you and your family this Christmas season and for 2010!
